Answers first, and a real address if they fall short.
Most questions about the Amber Room have the same short answer: nothing here costs anything and nothing here is stored. The rest are below.
Does the Amber Room involve real money in any way?
No. There is no deposit, no purchase, no wager and no payout. Virtual coins are a scorekeeping device and carry no value of any kind.
Can I buy more coins when I run out?
There is nothing to buy. Press Reset balance on the game and your 250 virtual coins return immediately, as often as you like.
Why does my balance disappear when I reload the page?
Nothing is stored. The balance lives only in the open page, which means no account, no profile and no data trail — and a fresh start every visit.
How are spin results decided?
Each reel draws independently from a weighted symbol pool using your browser's random number generator, then the three symbols are scored against the published paytable. The result is fixed the moment you press Spin.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and we ask that you do not use it otherwise.
Do you offer more games?
Not at present. Amber Hour Pour is the whole roster, and that is deliberate — you can read why on our about page.
The reels are not spinning on my device. What now?
The game needs JavaScript enabled and works best in a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If it still misbehaves, write to us with your browser and device and we will look into it.

Email hello@fornhl.com and a person will read it. We answer in English, usually within two business days. Useful things to include: the page you were on, your browser and version, and what you expected to happen.
For privacy questions specifically, use privacy@fornhl.com — our privacy notice explains what little we handle.
We do not take payments, hold balances or operate accounts, so nobody from the Amber Room will ever contact you about a deposit, a bonus or a withdrawal. Treat any message claiming otherwise as fraudulent.
